Description
This TÜV-certified flammable safety cabinet is designed for secure storage and enhanced fire protection, offering a robust build and advanced safety features. It includes self-closing doors with an automatic return mechanism at every opening, along with a built-in safety system that automatically shuts the doors when ambient temperatures exceed 50°C—no electrical components required. The cabinet features extra inflatable trimming that expands in the event of a fire, providing added insulation and protection against hot and cold fumes as well as dust infiltration.
Ventilation is managed through a natural internal system, with two certified safety valves located at the top and bottom of the rear wall to allow vapour release and air recycling in accordance with regulations. These valves automatically close at 70 ± 10°C. An external connection collar with a diameter of 100 mm allows for integration with external ventilation systems if required.
Internally, the cabinet is fitted with three height-adjustable tray-shaped shelves made from electro-galvanized steel, coated in an epoxy acid-resistant finish. Each shelf is designed to collect up to 7 litres of spilled liquid and supports a load capacity of up to 80 kg. Shelves are removable and secured with an anti-fall locking system built on a rack structure for added safety and versatility.
The base of the cabinet features a watertight containment basin made of electro-galvanized steel with the same acid-resistant epoxy coating, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance. For ease of mobility and positioning, the cabinet includes a certified palletized base with a newly designed structure and a removable cover, making it practical to transport and install in a range of industrial environments.
