Description
The AC 1200 CM is a TÜV-certified flammable storage cabinet with a Type 90 fire rating, providing 90 minutes of fire resistance. It features self-closing doors with an automatic return mechanism and a safety system that closes the doors when temperatures exceed 50°C. The cabinet has a natural internal ventilation system with two certified safety valves—positioned at the top and bottom rear—for vapour release and air recycling. These valves automatically seal at 70 ± 10°C. An external connection collar (Ø 100 mm) allows for integration with external ventilation. Inflatable sealing trim offers added protection against hot and cold fumes as well as dust. Inside, there are three height-adjustable tray-shaped shelves made of electrogalvanized steel with epoxy acid-resistant coating, each with a 13-litre spill capacity and 80 kg load rating. A rack system secures the shelves against falling. The base includes a watertight spill containment basin, and the cabinet sits on a certified palletized base with a removable cover for easy transport.
