Description
This fire-resistant safety cabinet features TÜV certification and includes extra inflatable trimming for enhanced protection against cold and hot fumes, as well as dust ingress. The cabinet’s self-closing doors are equipped with an automatic return mechanism at every opening, while an integrated safety system ensures the doors automatically close when exposed to temperatures exceeding 50°C—without the need for electricity. A natural internal ventilation system manages vapours effectively and includes two certified security valves positioned at the top and bottom of the rear wall. These valves support proper air recycling and vapour release, automatically sealing at 70 ± 10°C to comply with safety standards. An external Ø100 mm connection collar enables integration with external extraction systems when needed.
Inside, the cabinet is fitted with three height-adjustable shelves made from electrogalvanized steel and coated with epoxy acid-proof paint for long-lasting durability. Each tray-shaped shelf is designed to contain spills up to approximately 7 litres, with a maximum loading capacity of 80 kg. Shelves are removable and feature anti-fall locking systems using a secure rack mechanism. A watertight bottom basin, also constructed of electrogalvanized steel with an epoxy anti-acid finish, provides secondary containment for any leaked substances and enhances overall spill control.
Designed with practicality in mind, the cabinet also features a certified palletized base that has been newly engineered to improve transportability. The base includes a removable cover, allowing for easier relocation and installation in industrial or laboratory environments. This cabinet delivers high-performance chemical safety storage with built-in fire resistance, compliant ventilation, and efficient liquid containment—all essential elements for any workplace handling hazardous materials.
